Your PIN is required for your wallet transactions. Here is how to reset it.
Go to the More tab → Profile & Settings → Privacy & Safety → Change PIN.
Your registered email will appear automatically. Tap Proceed.
Check your email for a PIN Reset OTP.
Enter the OTP, create a new PIN, and confirm it.
Tip: Choose a PIN that’s easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
If you didn’t receive your OTP email:
Check your connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Check spam/junk folders: OTPs may sometimes land there.
Wait a few minutes: Network delays can cause minor delays.
Request again: Tap “Resend” in the app.
