To close your Bayse account, please review the process below carefully.
Steps to Close Your Account:
Go to More → Profile & Settings → Account Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Ensure your balance is zero, withdraw all funds first.
Close or resolve any open trades or disputes before proceeding.
If you encounter issues, contact us via In-app support chat or support@bayse.markets
Note:
Once deleted, you lose access to your transaction history and market records.
Closed accounts cannot be reopened, a new account will be required.
Accounts suspended for violations cannot be closed to bypass penalties.
