Steps to Close Your Account:
Go to More → Profile & Settings → Account Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Ensure your balance is zero — withdraw all funds first.
Close or resolve any open trades or disputes before proceeding.
If you encounter issues, contact us via In-app support chat or support@bayse.markets
Note:
Once deleted, you lose access to your transaction history and market records.
Closed accounts cannot be reopened, a new account will be required.
Accounts suspended for violations cannot be closed to bypass penalties.
