Failed Withdrawal

Updated today

Sometimes, a withdrawal request on Bayse Markets may not just stay “pending” it may fail entirely. When this happens, your funds are returned to your Bayse wallet, and you’ll see a “Failed” status in your withdrawal history.

What Does “Failed Withdrawal” Mean?

A failed withdrawal means your request could not be processed successfully by the payment providers, your bank (for Naira), or the blockchain (for USDT). When withdrawals fail, retry the withdrawal process.

When to Contact Support

If your withdrawal fails repeatedly, kindly take a screenshot of a maximum of two failed receipts and your email address. Contact Bayse Markets Support via in-app chat or email at support@bayse.markets. The support team will investigate and guide you through resolving the issue.

Note: If your withdrawal is not returned to your Bayse wallet after it fails, kindly reach out to support with the transaction reference.
