Understanding H2H Wager Disputes on Bayse

Updated over 2 months ago

Why Disputes Exist

Head-to-Head (H2H) wagers on Bayse are designed to be fair, transparent, and automated. Still, situations may arise where a player disagrees with an outcome or believes something went wrong. That’s why Bayse has a defined dispute process to protect both players.

What Counts as a Dispute?

A dispute can be raised when a user believes:

  • The wager was settled incorrectly.

  • The result does not match the official outcome.

  • A technical error affected the wager.

  • The opponent engaged in fraudulent behavior.

How Disputes Are Reviewed

When you file a dispute:

  1. The dispute resolution admin reviews the wager’s rules and description.

  2. Your submitted evidence is checked against official data.

  3. If cheating or misconduct is suspected, the opponent’s account may be flagged and investigated.

Important: Always keep proof (e.g., screenshots, video, or records) to back your claims.
