Troubleshooting Pending Crypto Deposits

If your USD deposit has not reflected, kindly reach out to the support team. When reaching out to the customer support here are a few things to keep in mind and information to provide.

  • Confirm the token and network: Ensure you sent USDT or USDC (BEP20 or Solana). Other tokens like BTC, ETH, or even USDT-TRC20/USDT-ERC20 won’t appear in your wallet.

  • Check the address: Confirm that you copied and pasted the correct Bayse deposit address.

  • Verify confirmations: Use your transaction hash (TXID) on the blockchain.

  • Wrong token or network used: File an appeal via email at support@bayse.markets with your TXID and details. Here are the details you are required to send to the email:

    • Your Bayse-linked account email;

    • The image of the crypto deposit;

    • The transaction hash (TxID) of the transfer;

    • The exact amount sent;

    • The date and time of the transaction and;

    • The wallet address you sent the funds to

Please note recovery is not guaranteed and can take 5-7 working days for review.
